If you wish to delete your DynamicQR account and associated data, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email request to:

Please include the Google email address you used to sign in to DynamicQR so we can locate your account.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Your account information
• Your QR codes and destination links
• Your scan history and analytics data
• Any associated usage data linked to your account

Data Retention

Some minimal transaction identifiers may be retained for fraud prevention and subscription verification purposes. These records do not contain personally identifiable information.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days after verification.
